To track your order please enter your Order ID in the box below and press the "Track" button. This was given to you on your receipt and in the confirmation email you should have received.

 

When shipment tracking data is available it will be visible on this page.

Order Status Key:

  1. Processing – This order has been received by our office and is awaiting the cutoff deadline before sending to manufacture.
  2. In Production – This order has been sent to our manufacturing facility. We aim to deliver within 4-6 weeks of the status changing to In Production.
  3. Ready to Collect – This order has completed the manufacturing process and will be ready for collection at the corresponding event.
  4. Shipped – This order has completed the manufacturing process and has been shipped by express courier to the customer/team organiser.
  5. Complete – The item has either been shipped or has already been delivered. You will receive a tracking number along with the order completion email notification.
